Custom Massage
A customized transformational massage that incorporates the best in therapeutic massage techniques, including deep pressure, hot stone on a specific area of the body, as well as aromatherapy to pinpoint and release tense muscles and ease soft tissue discomfort. Warm Crystal Healing
Semi-precious crystal stones are heated and placed on key points on the body. The healing power of touch combines with the energy of the crystals in this relaxing, muscle-melting massage. Smooth, warm crystal stones glide in long and flowing strokes while the heat helps to relax and soothe the muscles, and then conclude with a sound, crystal chakra healing.

Cryo Facial-The Ultimate Facial!
This relaxing and rejuvenating treatment stimulates collagen and elastin production, resulting in firmer, tighter and more radiant skin. It also minimizes pores and fine lines, while boosting blood flow for healthier skin cells and deeper collagen stimulation. One session offers a quick non-invasive way to tighten pores, reduce inflammation and restore radiance and a natural glow. For best results with anti aging and the long term effects of deeper collagen stimulation, it is recommended to have 3-6 sessions initially. The 12-15 minute session covers the face, neck and scalp. We have a minimum requirement of 2 sessions initially.

Sound Chamber Healing
This therapy harnesses the power of sound and light (includes Lumina Light Pads) to relax and reset the nervous system. Lay back in our unique and comfortable hexagon bed, and let the frequencies flow through you to rest and tune your nervous system and enhance your well being.
